By submitting advertisements, tour packages, and hotel details on our platform, you (the Travel Agent/Hotelier) agree to the following terms:
- Accuracy of Information: You certify that all details provided in your listing, including pricing, availability, and descriptions, are accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading.
- Legal Compliance: Your advertisements must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including consumer protection, data privacy, and intellectual property regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your business operates lawfully.
- Cybersecurity & Fraud Prevention: You confirm that you will not engage in fraudulent activities, including misleading promotions, impersonation, phishing, or unauthorized financial transactions. Any violation will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
- Intellectual Property Rights: Any images, logos, or content you upload must be owned by you or used with proper authorization. We (INDTAH) do not tolerate copyright infringement or unauthorized use of protected materials.
- User Privacy & Data Handling: You must handle customer inquiries and personal data responsibly. Unauthorized collection, misuse, or selling of user data is strictly prohibited.
- Platform Rights: We (INDTAH) reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any listing that does not comply with our guidelines, or if fraudulent activity is detected.
- Agreement Confirmation: By clicking "Terms & Conditions" you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms before listing your advertisement on our platform.
- Independent Responsibility: Any information, offers, or services you publish are your sole responsibility. INDTAH is not liable for the accuracy, legitimacy, or fulfillment of any commitments made by agents or hoteliers.
- Dispute Resolution & Liability: INDTAH shall not be held accountable for any disputes, claims, misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation arising from transactions, bookings, or agreements made betWe (INDTAH)en travel agents, hoteliers, and customers. Any conflicts must be resolved directly betWe (INDTAH)en the involved parties in accordance with applicable laws.
- Regulatory Compliance: You confirm that your listings comply with all relevant consumer protection laws, taxation regulations, and industry standards in India. Any violation may result in removal from the platform and potential legal consequences.
- Indemnification Clause: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INDTAH, its affiliates, and partners from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your listings, conduct, or interactions with customers.
- Modification & Termination Rights: INDTAH reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or remove any advertisement or listing that does not comply with our guidelines or raises concerns about fraudulent or unethical practices.
